Total Credit Recovery (TCR) was founded in 1980 by George Krieser, our President and CEO, with the ambition of building a first-class debt collection service. Armed with nothing more than a pen, a notepad, and a telephone line, he started out in a small office and worked with local car rental agencies and dentists. These humble beginnings laid the foundation for what would become a thriving organization.

Over the past 45 years, TCR has become an industry leader, employing more than 400 professionals across four locations in Canada. Today, we are proud to serve prestigious clients, including many of the country’s largest credit bureaus.
