We're looking for seasoned Debt Counsellors (Collectors) who are looking to grow into a supervisory or management role.
To be eligible for this role, you must have demonstrated success for at least 1 year as a 3rd Party Debt Counsellor.
Compensation in this role is a base salary + commission. TCR is proud to offer some of the most lucrative commission structures available.
To be successful, strong computer skills, communication skills, and a confidence are a must.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and communicate with TCR’s management team
- Support the hiring and onboarding process
- Coaching agents to success (i.e., KPIs, compliance, negotiation skills)
- Administrative functions including creating, reporting on, and managing the team’s support desk
- Support production needs and perform calls, if necessary
- Handle escalated customer calls, and collections calls, as needed
- Other duties as assigned by Collections Manager or Department Director
To be eligible for this role, you will need to:
- have 1 year 3rd party collections experience
- have excellent knowledge of CUBS
- have a clear criminal background check
- be able to work evenings and/or Saturday on a rotating basis
- maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection
- have a cell phone compatible with the DuoMobile App
- be able to pick up and return equipment to, and visit on site to TCR offices as required
